AIFC – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 13 July, 2025

Welcome to AIFC Football Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in and use of services offered by AIFC. By enrolling in our academy or using our facilities and programs, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Registration & Eligibility

1.1 Participants must complete all registration forms accurately and submit required documents, including medical clearance and parental consent (if under 18).
1.2 AIFC reserves the right to accept or reject applications based on assessment and capacity.

2. Fees and Payment

2.1 All fees must be paid in full before participation begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2.2 Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of program cancellation by AIFC or serious injury (with medical documentation).
2.3 Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of participation.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1 All participants must show respect to coaches, staff, teammates, opponents, and property.
3.2 Any form of discrimination, bullying, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to suspension or expulsion.
3.3 Proper training attire and punctual attendance are required at all sessions.

4. Health & Safety

4.1 Players participate at their own risk.
4.2 All players must disclose medical conditions and provide emergency contact details.
4.3 AIFC is not liable for injuries sustained during training, matches, or travel unless due to proven negligence.

5. Media Release

5.1 By participating, players (or their guardians) grant AIFC the right to use photographs, videos, and other media for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.
5.2 No compensation will be provided for such use.

6. Cancellation and Schedule Changes

6.1 AIFC reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, or cancel sessions due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
6.2 In such cases, AIFC will attempt to offer makeup sessions or alternative arrangements.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All AIFC training materials, logos, and content are the intellectual property of the academy and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

8. Liability and Indemnity

8.1 AIFC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8.2 Participants and guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIFC, its staff, and affiliates from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.

9. Termination

9.1 AIFC may terminate enrollment for violations of these Terms and Conditions without refund.
9.2 Players may withdraw by providing written notice; however, fees already paid remain non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
